Public Comment About Chemtrails/Geoengineering, Martinez, CA 02.18.26

As noted in this long intended and overdue spoken comment to this council, it was made mainly as a public record, to state the obvious to those that might be watching, there and later, and not with any expectation that I would be rallying the members of that council to any sort of interest or action about the topic (though I did seem to hold the attention of more of them than I expected I might), and the mayor made it clear that that would not be the outcome at the end.

I think public officials instinctively know when a topic would be anathema to their jobs or career paths in public office, and most would only ever be compelled to act on a particular unsanctioned topic like this if there were overwhelming public outcry about it, which there is not for this, and so the comment was not really meant for them.

Rather, seeing for many years the bizarre lack of acknowledgement and maybe even awareness of what’s been going on in the skies for decades now (I noted it for the first time in 1998), and more than ever lately, it occurred to me that the simplest thing to do would be to start mentioning it routinely, pointing it out, and making a public comment seemed fitting as part of that intention, and the video and this post is something I can then share with the curious and possibly open-minded, even the contentious, rather than repeating myself over and over.

So, a small step in the direction of remedy, which if a large % of people emulated I think might cause a general shift, particularly in awareness. Awareness of the general paradigm.

The scope of it vast – it’s a worldwide phenomenon; its implications profound for the natural world, for the health of all living things, for simply ruining blue skies regularly,

and with respect to the essence of the societal paradigm we all live within, it also occurred to me that it’s the simplest possible issue to highlight, as it clearly indicates that we do not live in ‘democracies’ or ‘constitutional republics’, as there has been no public discussion of this, no votes taken, appropriations made, oversight of, and so that necessarily means that there is obviously a set of people and institutions outside of general governmental control, what I call the ownership class, a world oligarchy (some part of which will obviously be enmeshed within governments at all times), that operates entirely at will, in furtherance of its own agenda and plans. Has done so for a very long time, and maybe always.

I think this issue makes that absolutely plain. There are other issues that also do, but none are as obvious as this because of its literal visibility. So, it is my contention that whomever, whatever runs this, is very likely responsible for directing most else on the world stage at the macro level (which those at the micro level conform to instinctively out of self interest, whether for gain or merely survival).

I think remedy starts there, with an acknowledgement and acceptance of that reality, which I think this issue makes irrefutable.

Biggest of big thanks to GC for her time and adept compiling and editing of this video, combining the city’s video and audio with the profile video taken by a local friend and ally (thanks AW!), and many photos and videos, mostly my own and other local confederates’ (JW!), and my thanks also to all that attended the meeting, some speaking also in follow-up, or who watched it and recorded it for me (MG).

The paradigm well and redundantly outlined by now, since the assassinations of the 1960’s began to rouse many people, I turn now to remedy as the focus, also long overdue, and which I think starts with accepting reality, and the reality is that this is not a ‘conspiracy theory’, and it’s a really big deal. Thus, in its scope, visibility and profundity, it supercedes and renders moot most any other issue, because, if this is going on, without discussion or public approval, informed consent, then we do not have accountable public servant governments. Period.

This has long been obvious, and it should now, finally, be accepted. Meaningful solutions might then manifest from that acceptance.
